FRESHLUXE CLEANING LLC – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cleaning services provided by FRESHLUXE CLEANING LLC (“FreshLuxe Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or receiving services, the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

FreshLuxe Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the selected service package and confirmed booking. Scope of work may vary depending on property condition, accessibility, and safety requirements.


2. Pricing & Estimates

Pricing is based on information provided by the customer. Estimates may be adjusted if:

• The property condition requires additional labor
• Additional services are requested on-site
• The space is larger or more cluttered than described

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Scheduling & Access

Customers must ensure our cleaners have access at the scheduled time.
If our team cannot enter due to locked doors or customer unavailability, a cancellation fee may apply.

Customers should secure fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to service.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.


5. Safety & Work Environment

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Hazardous or unsafe conditions exist
• Abuse or harassment toward staff occurs
• Requested tasks exceed normal cleaning duties

Customers must provide safe working conditions, including electricity and running water.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any cleaned area, you must notify us within 24 hours.
We will return to re-clean the affected area at no cost.

Refunds are not provided if access for re-cleaning is refused.


7. Damage & Liability

FreshLuxe Cleaning maintains general liability insurance.
Accidental damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage or instability
• Wear or deterioration revealed after cleaning
• Customer-supplied products or equipment issues
• Items not designed to be cleaned

Delicate or high-value items should be removed or disclosed beforehand.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate service details
• Secure pets during cleaning
• Remove clutter for faster cleaning
• Communicate special instructions in advance


9. Non-Solicitation

Customers agree not to hire or solicit any FreshLuxe Cleaning employee or contractor for personal arrangements during services and up to 12 months after the last service date.


10. Furniture & Items

We may move light furniture for cleaning.
We do not move large or heavy objects or anything that may risk injury or damage.


11. Biohazard & Specialty Cleaning

Regular cleanings do not include:
• Mold removal
• Pest-infested areas
• Animal waste
• Bodily fluids

These require specialized services and pricing.


12. Privacy

Client information and property access details are confidential.
Security cameras must be disclosed to ensure staff comfort and safety.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
All disputes will be handled exclusively in Maryland state courts.


14. Changes to Terms

FreshLuxe Cleaning may update these Terms at any time.
Revised versions apply to all future bookings.
